Assistance during every phase of a panel meeting project: content development, team meetings, rehearsal, mock panel, Q & A, pre-panel in D.C., and finally at the FDA Advisory Committee meeting.

Team interfacing
Our team has the knowledge and experience to interact with the sponsor's team at all levels. Vertical integration with content subteams, logistics coordinators, vendors, document managers, and agency personnel results in a seamless experience for the sponsor.

Consultation
Over 40 years of combined experience in the industry and more than 20 FDA presentation support events provide the knowledge to advise clients on many aspects of logistics and image formats. The sponsor's organized, controlled process is complemented by the use of our revision tracking, version control, and lineage procedures.

Indexing
Clients report this to be our most valuable service. Image metadata management is the key to successful Q&A during a presentation. Our process features custom data layouts, continuous updates, sophisticated sorting, and electronic delivery.

Audit trail integrity
Quality assurance of figure data can be compromised during data transfer and transcription. Confirmation or re-establishment of data integrity assures accuracy in the slide images. A hardcopy masterfile is generated as a reference document.

High quality graphics
Technical and pre-press software facilitates complex illustration. Internal proofing, high resolution output, and archiving provide the client with a complete package.

SWAT: Pre-panel
This self-contained unit of equipment and staff provides full service around the clock at the sponsor's pre-panel hotel. Last minute requirements for graphics production, indexing, logistics support, audiovisual needs, insurance slides, and document management support are met.
